Service Description
This membership includes two targeted visits per year, ensuring your home’s key systems run smoothly: • Visit One: • Water heater flush or inspection to maintain efficiency and prevent breakdowns. • Plumbing leak check to catch issues early. • Water pressure test for proper flow. • Visit Two: • Dryer vent cleaning to reduce fire hazards and improve drying efficiency. • HVAC filter replacement (customer supplies filter) for better air quality. • Smoke and CO detector testing for safety. With these critical services, you’ll prevent problems and keep your home in top shape.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule visits with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the visit being counted. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice. We do not offer refunds on unused months. Waitlist requests will be accommodated as availability allows.
