Service Description
ESSENTIAL CARE PLAN — $69 a month, 2 visits per year. Water Heater Service: prevents breakdowns and extends lifespan. Plumbing and Leak Check: catches small leaks before they become big problems. Dryer Vent Cleaning: reduces fire hazards and improves dryer efficiency. HVAC Filter Replacement: improves air quality and system performance (customer supplies filter). Water pressure test and smoke and CO detector testing included. No contracts, cancel anytime. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule visits with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the visit being counted. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice. We do not offer refunds on unused months. Waitlist requests will be accommodated as availability allows.
