PRESERVATION PLAN — $159 a month, 4 visits per year. Everything in the Protection Plan, plus: Annual Gutter Cleaning: prevents water damage and protects the foundation. Wood Rot Inspection: checks for hidden damage before it spreads. One hour of minor repairs included per year. 15 percent off all labor on repairs. Annual home health report with a full overview. No contracts, cancel anytime. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule visits with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the visit being counted. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice. We do not offer refunds on unused months. Waitlist requests will be accommodated as availability allows.
