Service Description
This membership includes four visits per year, providing comprehensive home care: • Visit One: • Water heater flush or inspection (prevents issues) • Plumbing leak check (early detection) • Water pressure test (optimal flow) • Visit Two: • Dryer vent cleaning (fire prevention) • HVAC filter replacement (customer supplies filter) • Smoke & CO testing (family safety) • Visit Three: • Crawlspace or attic inspection (moisture prevention) • Electrical panel visual check (safety) • Exterior caulking check (weatherproofing) • Visit Four: • Annual gutter cleaning (prevent damage) • Wood rot inspection (protect structure) • Minor repair allowance (1 hour/year) • Annual home health report (full overview) This plan ensures top-tier, year-round care for your home.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule visits with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the visit being counted. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice. We do not offer refunds on unused months. Waitlist requests will be accommodated as availability allows.
