PROTECTION PLAN — $109 a month, 3 visits per year. Most popular plan. Everything in the Essential Care Plan, plus: Crawlspace and Attic Inspection: checks for moisture, pests, and hidden issues. Electrical Panel Inspection: catches potential hazards before they become a problem. Roof and Exterior Check: inspects for damage and wear. 10 percent off all labor on repairs. No contracts, cancel anytime. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule visits with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the visit being counted. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice. We do not offer refunds on unused months. Waitlist requests will be accommodated as availability allows.
